| Details: GEORG FISCHER CENTRAL PLASTICS, LLC a world leader in products for the Gas, Water, Industrial Sewage, and Telecommunication industries is seeking a PRODUCT ENGINEER for our Shawnee, OK facility. Duties & responsibilities of this position may include: Creation of new product, production and/or technology driven ideas. Lead designer & the Management of development projects. Creation of Product Specification together with Product Manager and Operations Development, design, and test involvement of new products according to Product Specification (CAD, FEM, and other tools). Analysis of competitive products. Project Management of development projects (time, cost, quality, applications, control, and communication). Documentation of development results (calculations, drawings, BOM, master item) Performance/conformance of products to regulatory requirements (internal, standards, etc.) Release of proven designs, drawings, products. Consideration of GF global directives. Documentation Definition and conduct of reasonable test conditions as required by regulatory requirements. Consideration of standards and patents.
